Service and Maintenance

Our factory-trained service technicians can repair most battery operated inverter systems on site. We are always in contact with manufacturers and have prompt access to electronic parts as well as batteries. When contacting us please provide the following: Manufacturer’s Name, Inverter Model, Serial and Part Numbers, Battery Model and Quantity.

We provide periodic maintenance programs for all systems to fulfill Local and National Code requirements, as well as to ensure that your unit will operate properly when needed. Here's a detailed list of work performed during maintenance visits:

• Check and record cell (battery) charging voltage. • Check and record readings of monitoring equipment. • Check system function to insure emergency operation. • Check and record charger output (adjust if necessary). • Check and record system output voltage and current, in normal and emergency modes of operation. • Check function of optional equipment. • Check and insure clean and tight connections. • Run system every visit and record individual cell discharging voltages. • Evaluate records to determine acceptability of unit function. Comment on necessary repairs to prevent future failures. • One copy of all records to be sent with invoice for your files and use with local inspection authorities. One copy remains in our files for comparison and evaluation.
